- Source and vet high-caliber candidates through advanced sourcing techniques and networking
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for diverse clients in tech, finance, and healthcare sectors
- Develop client relationships through strategic account management and retention strategies
- Leverage CRM systems to track metrics and optimize recruitment KPIs
- Lead virtual and in-person hiring events across North Carolina
- Maintain compliance with EEOC regulations and industry best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate or agency recruitment experience
- Proven track record in closing technical and executive placements
- Strong expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- SHRM-CP or CSP certification preferred
- Valid North Carolina driver's license for client meetings
