Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including printers, laptops, and network connectivity.
- Manage and track IT help desk tickets using Jira or ServiceNow.
- Assist with the deployment and configuration of new workstations and peripherals.
- Collaborate with the senior IT team to implement software updates and security patches.
- Document technical solutions and maintain accurate inventory logs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in IT support or help desk environment (1-2 years preferred).
- Familiarity with Windows 10/11, Office 365, and basic networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-service oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
