Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Technical Recruiter to manage the full lifecycle of recruitment for our key accounts. You will identify, engage, and close top talent in IT, Engineering, and Administrative sectors.
Responsibilities
- Source & Screen: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and networking to identify high-quality candidates for hard-to-fill technical positions.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and culture fit requirements.
- Interview Process: Conduct thorough technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural alignment.
- Negotiation: Expertly negotiate compensation packages and contract terms to ensure successful placements.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends in Colorado Springs to advise clients on salary benchmarks and hiring strategies.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide weekly performance reports.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or human resources.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and social media sourcing tools.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence.
- Work Ethic: Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a commission-driven environment.
- Location: Must be willing to work from our Colorado Springs office.
