Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, Boolean search, networking) to identify passive candidates in the tech sector.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for client requirements.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings and behavioral interviews.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and cultural fit.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill and quality-of-hire.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and placement targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting tools.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and professional growth.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
