Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier technical talent across Philadelphia's booming tech ecosystem
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT, engineering, and developer positions
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines using advanced sourcing techniques

Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruitment experience with proven track record
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates across platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and Stack Overflow
- Deep understanding of tech stacks (Java, Python, cloud, DevOps)
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven recruitment approach
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- PHR or SPHR certification preferred
