Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified technical candidates across software development, data engineering, and DevOps roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including screening, interviews, and offer negotiations
- Develop and maintain robust candidate pipelines using Boolean searches and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Collaborate with clients to understand technical requirements and culture fit
- Implement data-driven recruitment strategies to optimize hiring metrics
- Represent Elite Staffing Solutions at local tech meetups and industry events
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruitment experience in a staffing agency or corporate setting
- Proven success sourcing for hard-to-fill engineering roles
- Expert knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Strong understanding of technical stacks (Java, Python, AWS, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
