Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough market research to identify and source qualified candidates through various channels, including social media, networking, and direct outreach.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including screening resumes, conducting phone and in-person interviews, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent within the IT and engineering sectors.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the placement process.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) effectively to track candidates and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop recruitment strategies that meet client hiring goals.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing agency experience.
- Proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill positions.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and IT roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Taleo.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
