Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
- Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and key industry contacts
- Manage candidate pipelines and coordinate interview logistics
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) for candidate management
- Assist with onboarding processes for temporary and direct-hire placements
- Contribute to marketing initiatives to attract top talent in Colorado Springs
Qualifications
