Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client positions across California
- Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data and maintain accurate candidate records
- Build and nurture relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Coordinate interview logistics and provide exceptional candidate experience
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and compensation benchmarks
- Assist with onboarding processes for placed candidates
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of recruiting, customer service, or administrative experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic ATS knowledge
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for helping people succeed
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation (client site visits required)
