Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Screen and interview candidates to match them with client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding.
- Collaborate with the sales team to exceed quarterly placement goals.
- Update candidate databases and recruitment pipelines in real-time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
