Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and assess skills/cultural fit
- Manage applicant tracking system and maintain candidate pipelines
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Build and nurture relationships with corporate clients and hiring partners
- Assist with job postings, onboarding, and compliance documentation
- Track recruitment metrics and contribute to process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or customer service
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Local Detroit area residency preferred
