Responsibilities
- Utilize various sourcing channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, referrals) to identify and engage high-quality candidates.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates against specific client requirements to ensure a perfect match.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive talent.
- Manage client relationships, understanding their hiring needs and providing market insights.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to design effective interview processes and negotiate offers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly recruitment targets.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or sales is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on relationship building.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Salesforce).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales and hiring goals.
- Passion for the technology sector and understanding of software development lifecycles.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
