Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for technical roles across various industries.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from building a talent pipeline to extending offers and onboarding.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed) to find passive candidates.
- Negotiate salary and contract terms with both clients and candidates to ensure successful placements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
