Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior level technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through direct sourcing, networking, and social media engagement.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) efficiently, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and candidate availability in the Pacific Northwest.
- Provide exceptional candidate experience feedback to ensure a positive brand impression for our clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing agency environment.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in Software Development, IT, or Engineering roles.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a high sense of urgency and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
