Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for various open positions using LinkedIn, Indeed, and networking events.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to offer letter acceptance.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline within the New Orleans metropolitan area.
- Coordinate interviews and schedule candidates with hiring managers efficiently.
- Conduct background checks and verify references for selected candidates.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and market trends.
- Update candidate data accurately in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of successfully filling positions in a high-volume environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Greater New Orleans area.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business preferred.
