Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing top candidates.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients (business owners and HR managers) to understand their hiring needs.
- Utilize social media, networking events, and Boolean search strategies to identify passive candidates.
- Conduct market research to identify staffing trends and competitive advantages for our clients.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless onboarding and placement delivery.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets and placement goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or B2B sales (experience in Miami preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Greenhouse).
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local client visits.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field is a plus.
