Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume sourcing strategies using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and professional networks.
- Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers for immediate placement.
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from pipeline generation to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and candidates in the Minneapolis market.
- Track recruitment metrics (KPIs) to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruitment or staffing agency operations.
- Strong understanding of technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, Cybersecurity, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to negotiate.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Taleo.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and driven by commission-based performance incentives.
