Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume technical recruiting strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
- Sources, screens, and interviews candidates to build a robust talent pipeline for open positions.
- Manages the full lifecycle of recruitment from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Collaborates with hiring managers to define job requirements and success metrics.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with passive candidates in the tech market.
- Utilizes Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate status and reporting.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting, Staffing, or Headhunting.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles and technical roles (Java, Python, AWS, etc.).
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
