Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with Nashville tech companies
- Proven track record placing specialized technical roles (Cloud, AI, Cybersecurity)
- Expertise in Boolean sourcing and advanced LinkedIn Recruiter tactics
- Strong technical aptitude to evaluate developer skills effectively
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
