Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and technical interviews.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with hiring managers and clients.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires.
- Utilize various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking) to fill open positions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop recruitment solutions for client needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a "hunter" mentality.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (equivalent experience considered).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
