Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including Software Engineering, Data Science, and IT Support.
- Utilize Boolean search strategies and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Conduct thorough phone screens and technical assessments to evaluate candidate fit and soft skills.
- Manage a high-volume pipeline of open requisitions and ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.
- Negotiate offers and close placements to drive revenue for the agency.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their evolving needs.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in technical recruitment or staffing agency environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding placement targets and KPIs.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobvite).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales and talent acquisition.
