Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize various channels to identify and screen potential candidates for open positions.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Client Communication: Build relationships with local businesses to understand their hiring needs and provide staffing solutions.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Availability: Must be available to work part-time hours (approx. 20-30 hours per week), including some evenings or weekends if necessary.
- Local Presence: Must reside in the Louisville, KY area.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS software is a plus.
