Responsibilities
- Resume Screening: Review incoming resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and confirm interviews between candidates and hiring managers via phone and email.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing updates on their application status.
- Administrative Support: Assist with onboarding paperwork, background checks, and employment verification processes.
- Market Research: Help identify potential job openings in the Fresno area to expand our client base.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is a plus.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with HR software is highly desirable.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Availability: Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings or weekends as needed.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
