Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Execute the end-to-end recruiting process, from defining job requirements and sourcing candidates to screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media networking, to identify passive candidates in the IT and Engineering sectors.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their technical needs and ensure a seamless hiring experience.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews, provide feedback, and guide candidates through the interview process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends to stay ahead of salary benchmarks and talent availability in the Portland market.
  • Onboarding Support: Collaborate with HR and operations to ensure a smooth transition for new hires into their roles.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, specifically within the staffing or agency sector.
