Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Execute the end-to-end recruiting process, from defining job requirements and sourcing candidates to screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media networking, to identify passive candidates in the IT and Engineering sectors.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their technical needs and ensure a seamless hiring experience.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews, provide feedback, and guide candidates through the interview process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends to stay ahead of salary benchmarks and talent availability in the Portland market.
- Onboarding Support: Collaborate with HR and operations to ensure a smooth transition for new hires into their roles.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, specifically within the staffing or agency sector.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps).
- Sourcing Skills: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday, and advanced Boolean search skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Location: Must reside in the Portland, Oregon area.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
