Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough screening and interviews of potential candidates to match them with open positions.
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment, including job posting, sourcing, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates within the local Wichita market.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify specific staffing needs and candidate profiles.
- Utilize social media and job boards to actively source talent and promote open roles.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in organizing career fairs and networking events to expand our reach.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or Human Resources is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced office setting.
- A self-motivated attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
