Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates through advanced sourcing techniques and networking
- Conduct in-depth technical interviews and assessments for engineering roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from initial contact to offer negotiation
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidates and ensure timely hiring milestones
- Analyze market trends and compensation data to optimize recruitment strategies
- Collaborate with marketing team to create compelling job descriptions and employer branding content
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience with a focus on software engineering roles
- Proven ability to source hard-to-find talent using Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong technical understanding of programming languages, frameworks, and development methodologies
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a candidate-first approach
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- Ability to manage high-volume recruitment pipelines while maintaining quality standards
- Results-driven mindset with demonstrated success in meeting hiring targets
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
