Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Retention: Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and business owners to understand their staffing needs and long-term goals.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including social media and networking, to identify and engage passive candidates in the Raleigh area.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough candidate screenings and in-depth interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and soft skills.
- Placement Management: Manage the entire placement process, including salary negotiations, offer letters, and onboarding support for new hires.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends in North Carolina to provide market intelligence and competitive salary benchmarks to clients.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM platforms.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven track record of client and candidate interaction.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines simultaneously.
- Drive: Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a desire to exceed sales targets.
- Location: Must reside in the Raleigh, NC area.
- Tools: Proficiency with ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and MS Office Suite is preferred.
