Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles using advanced sourcing techniques
- Conduct engaging interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for key client accounts
- Manage candidate relationships through the entire recruitment lifecycle
- Collaborate with account managers to understand client hiring needs
- Utilize ATS platforms to track candidates and maintain accurate records
- Participate in networking events to expand talent reach
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
