Responsibilities
- Source and engage technical talent across Nashville's tech ecosystem
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for software engineering, IT, and data science roles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at client companies
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche platforms
- Conduct candidate screenings and technical assessments
- Negotiate offers and manage onboarding logistics
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) for pipeline management
Qualifications
- 2+ years of technical recruiting experience
- Proven success in placing software developers, DevOps engineers, and data professionals
- Expert knowledge of Nashville's tech talent market
- Strong technical understanding of programming languages and frameworks
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Experience with Greenhouse, Lever, or similar ATS platforms
