- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate criteria
- Conduct technical interviews and assess candidate skills against job specifications
- Utilize ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever) to track candidate progress and metrics
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with proven contract placement success
- Deep knowledge of Austin's tech talent market and competitive landscape
- Expertise in sourcing technical candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and niche job boards
- Proficiency with ATS systems and recruitment metrics tracking
- Strong technical acumen to evaluate engineering, data, and cloud talent
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Ability to prioritize multiple roles and meet aggressive deadlines
- Self-starter mentality with minimal supervision requirements
