Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for weekend shift roles across healthcare, logistics, and customer service sectors
- Conduct virtual/in-person interviews with weekend job seekers to assess skills and availability
- Match candidates to client requirements using our proprietary ATS platform
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from application to placement for weekend positions
- Build and maintain client relationships to understand evolving weekend staffing needs
- Utilize data-driven strategies to optimize weekend hiring campaigns
- Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proven success in weekend shift or flexible-hour staffing environments
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with remote teams
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional client site visits)
