Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates for weekend shifts across healthcare, logistics, and hospitality sectors
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for temporary and permanent weekend positions
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand staffing needs and requirements
- Conduct virtual and in-person interviews during weekend hours
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new weekend hires
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress
- Analyze recruitment metrics and optimize weekend staffing strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment/staffing experience with weekend shift exposure
- Proven track record in high-volume candidate sourcing and placement
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with weekend availability
- Familiarity with Tampa's job market and weekend employment trends
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions during weekend shifts
- Valid Florida driver's license with reliable transportation
