Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for weekend-shift positions in healthcare, logistics, and hospitality
- Conduct virtual/in-person interviews during weekend hours (Sat/Sun 7am-4pm)
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to placement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Tucson-area employers
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and social media for talent acquisition
- Ensure compliance with all staffing regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing/recruitment experience with weekend shift availability
- Proven track record in high-volume candidate sourcing and placement
- Strong knowledge of Tucson's job market and weekend labor needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
