Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments for Bay Area clients across 15+ industries
- Screen and interview candidates for urgent weekend project roles
- Manage onboarding processes for weekend shift placements
- Build relationships with hiring managers to understand weekend staffing needs
- Maintain candidate pipeline for same-day weekend staffing requests
- Utilize ATS systems to track weekend shift placements and metrics
- Resolve staffing emergencies during weekend operations
Qualifications
- 2+ years staffing or recruitment experience with weekend shift availability
- Strong interview and assessment skills for high-volume placements
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Valid California driver's license for client site visits
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of Bay Area labor regulations for weekend shifts
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
