Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates for weekend shift positions in healthcare, hospitality, and light industrial sectors
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system
- Conduct in-person and virtual interviews with weekend job seekers
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new weekend hires
- Build and maintain relationships with local employers requiring weekend staffing
- Handle urgent last-minute staffing requests with professionalism and efficiency
- Collaborate with weekday recruiters to ensure continuity of service
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment or customer service experience
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and make decisive judgments
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
- Knowledge of Virginia Beach employment market preferred
