Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for weekend shift roles in healthcare, hospitality, and event industries
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including scheduling interviews and coordinating placements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with weekend-focused employers across DC metro
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments matching skills with weekend shift requirements
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidate pipelines and job requisitions
- Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients during weekend operations
- Collaborate with full-time team to ensure seamless handover and continuity
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing/recruitment experience with weekend shift exposure
- Proven ability to source candidates for non-traditional schedules
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Bullhorn)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for weekend client meetings
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts
- Knowledge of DC labor laws and weekend shift regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
