- Sourcing and screening qualified technical candidates for contract positions across Fort Worth

- Managing end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Utilizing ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter to track candidates and metrics
- Ensuring compliance with contract terms and weekly payroll processing
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience in contract/staffing environments
- Proven track record of placing candidates in software development, engineering, or IT roles
- Expertise with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and sourcing tools
- Strong network of technical professionals in the Fort Worth/Dallas area
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent contract placements and deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and client relationship management abilities
