Responsibilities
- Source, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates across multiple industries.
- Manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process from requisition to onboarding.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent through various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, networking, etc.).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and salary benchmarks.
- Coordinate candidate scheduling and facilitate the interview process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to work in a target-driven, commission-based environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Bullhorn, JobDiva) and ATS systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of self-motivation.
