Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles including IT, healthcare, and manufacturing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to match candidates with ideal positions
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement and onboarding
- Leverage digital platforms, job boards, and networking to expand candidate pipeline
- Collaborate with sales team to develop staffing solutions for client requirements
- Maintain accurate records in ATS and provide regular performance metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience with proven track record
- Strong knowledge of local Wichita job market and industry trends
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet aggressive deadlines
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
