Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans for diverse client portfolios
- Source and engage high-caliber candidates through advanced techniques (sourcing, networking, referrals)
- Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings and technical assessments
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: from interview coordination to offer negotiations
- Maintain and expand professional networks within Memphis's key industries
- Analyze market trends to provide actionable recruitment insights to clients
- Collaborate with marketing team to enhance employer branding initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in agency or corporate settings
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding recruitment KPIs
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision making
- PHR/SPHR certification or SHRM-SCP preferred
- Deep knowledge of Memphis's talent landscape and key industries
