Key Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for various industries, including Healthcare, IT, and Administrative sectors within Texas.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through proactive sourcing strategies and networking.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skills assessments to ensure the perfect match for client needs.
- Manage and nurture relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure long-term success.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and pipeline metrics efficiently.
- Attend industry networking events and job fairs to promote our agency's brand.
- Provide market insights and salary benchmarks to candidates to facilitate informed decisions.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment or staffing, preferably within the Texas market.
- Proven track record of successfully filling full-time and contract positions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
