Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client positions in El Paso
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match talent with employer needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key industry contacts
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social recruiting platforms
- Meet weekly/monthly KPIs for time-to-fill and placement quality
- Represent Pinnacle Staffing at local job fairs and networking events
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruitment/staffing experience in El Paso or Southwest Texas
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment metrics in high-volume environments
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn and niche job boards
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of El Paso's labor market and key industries
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite)
- Valid Texas driver's license with reliable transportation
