Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for mid-to-senior level technical roles in software engineering, data science, and product management.
- Sourcing passive candidates through advanced Boolean search, networking, and social media platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Manage the end-to-end interview process, coordinating efficiently with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a seamless experience.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and clients to understand their evolving hiring needs.
- Conduct market research to advise clients on salary benchmarks, talent availability, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling job descriptions and employer branding content.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of verifiable experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or executive search.
- Proven track record of placing candidates in Software Engineering, IT, or Technical Sales roles.
- Expert proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a consultative approach.
- Self-motivated, self-starter with a high sense of urgency and ownership.
