Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for various job openings within our client base.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding placement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates in the Fresno area.
- Utilize social media and networking channels to expand our talent pool.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging hiring trends and skill gaps.
- Collaborate with the sales team to exceed placement targets and revenue goals.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales is preferred.
- Proven ability to source candidates using Boolean search and job boards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Fresno County.
