Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client positions across New Orleans
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to match candidates with client requirements
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive and active candidates
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand staffing needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Utilize ATS platforms and job boards to maximize candidate reach
- Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with local businesses
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or staffing industry experience
- Proven ability to source candidates using multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
