Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent client openings
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skills assessments
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers across industries
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from offer to onboarding
- Leverage ATS systems for candidate tracking and reporting
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
- Collaborate with sales team to meet quarterly placement targets
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruitment/staffing experience (agency preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn, Boolean search
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven environments
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday)
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
