Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries including manufacturing, IT, and healthcare
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: job postings, interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and social media for talent acquisition
- Meet and exceed monthly placement and revenue targets
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and opportunities
- Maintain accurate candidate and client data in CRM systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment KPIs and sales targets
- Strong knowledge of Milwaukee's talent market and industry sectors
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license required for client visits
