Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates for 15+ active client positions weekly
- Conduct behavioral interviews and assess cultural fit using structured methodologies
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from offer to onboarding
- Develop strategic partnerships with hiring managers at Fortune 500 companies
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and niche job boards for talent acquisition
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize conversion rates weekly
- Present innovative staffing solutions to clients during quarterly business reviews
Qualifications
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in agency or corporate settings
- Proven success in high-volume talent acquisition across multiple industries
- Expert knowledge of ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level stakeholders
- Strong negotiation abilities for compensation packages and offer acceptance
- Ability to manage 15+ concurrent recruitment pipelines simultaneously
- Relevant degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
- Valid driver's license for occasional client site visits
