Responsibilities
- Source and attract top talent through multiple channels including job boards, networking, and referrals
- Conduct thorough candidate screening and interviews to match qualified professionals with client needs
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement with exceptional attention to detail
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment

- Strong negotiation and closing skills for high-volume placements
- Proficiency in ATS platforms and recruitment software (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
