Responsibilities
- Sourcing and engaging passive candidates for technical roles across software engineering, data science, and cybersecurity
- Managing full-cycle recruitment: from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Leveraging ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever) to track candidates and optimize recruitment funnels
- Building and maintaining a robust network of tech professionals through events and digital platforms
- Collaborating with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate personas
- Analyzing market trends to provide competitive insights on compensation packages
- Maintaining 95%+ candidate satisfaction through transparent communication
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruitment experience with proven track record in tech hiring
- Expert knowledge of Miami's tech ecosystem and talent pool
- Proficiency in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, Entelo) and ATS platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts
- Strong negotiation skills with history of closing high-demand candidates
- Technical aptitude to understand software development methodologies and tools
- BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
